If you are starting new construction, have a failed septic, expanding your building or converting uses you will need a new Septic Design. The location for the septic tank and leach field is determined from local and state regulations and unique property features (topography, well location, existing structures, soil types etc.) Once a suitable area is found a test pit and perc test are performed.
A test pit and perc test are dug in the proposed leach field area. These tests provide us with information that affects the size and depth of the system. Test pits and perc tests are also available as a service without a full design. If you are interested in buying a vacant property and wish to know what to expect for a septic system and its related costs, we would be happy to provide you with a test pit/perc test data.
